I'm trying to follow this guide by Chris H.
Learning to update the Print Server Component
It's telling me to find the updated version of the print server component on the sage knowledge base, but I cannot find it (Or don't have access to it?)
How would I go about finding it / gaining access to it?

Eric, you would access the Download Portal where all the Sage X3 patch version downloads are maintained.
The site does require a login to the portal.
For example for the Patch 38 download page, the following Sage X3 components are listed:
