I assume you are referring to the picking list on the supplier receipt function, if the left list display nothing I assume a filter criteria has change. They are:

• Stock site : did you change the receipt site during the night?
• Supplier
• On approved PO only: did you updated the PO during the night that could have re-trigger the approval process?

Else, it can hurt to revalide the object PTH and related entry transactions.

Interesting test would be to enter manually the order number in the receipt line and see if any control message pops-up!

Thank you for your reply. Nothing changed overnight that I am aware of. We have four different sites and the order selection list doesn't show up for any of them. This happened once before and after a day or two it just miraculously started working again. I think validating the objects and the entry transactions might be a good idea. The server was also restarted and it didn't help.

It works when we select the PO and the PO line from the magnifying glass.

Because it is working when selection the PO and line with the magnifying glass, we can assume this is a bug display.
Did you revalidated the entry transaction as well?
