Journal Entries - Increase Line Limit

Hi All, 
 We have implemented Auto Journal not to be consolidated into 1 entry. Due to that we ran into error where we reached the line limit which is 1000. How can we increase that line limit for that particular auto journal?

Good morning, Paul. 
 To increase the number of Journal entry lines, you will need to Increase the following activity codes 
 In Development, Data and parameters, Development setup, Activity codes select the following activity codes and increase them. 
 
 VTP, VTL, GAS. 
 Increase the general parameter MAXVANA in Setup, General parameters, Parameter values, TC, CPT to match the VTL number. 
 GAS is the main activity code that needs to be increased, but the others must be modified as well. 
 
 For example, GAS 3000 + VTL 30 = 3030 < VTP 5000. 
 
 Note: when you increase the activity codes you must run a dictionary validation against each activity code to update the elements that are tied to those activity codes. 
 
 Test the setup in your test environment first before applying to live.
