Pick Location Replenishment Quantity

I have a location (AA01A) set up for replenishment of a product (ROP 200, max 500, EOQ 1) and the current quantity of the product in this location is 180. I have 250 of the product in a bulk location.

When I run the pick location replenishment FUNCALREO, I get a line in the replenishment screen FUNREO suggesting that I need 320, but the quantity to replenish is not populated. I can manually issue the 250 from bulk using the stock issues option from the line actions, but what I want the system to do is to issue the quantity that it can, even if that is less than is required.

Is there a parameter to handle this, or is this going to be a modification using an entry point in the replenishment process?

    Good Afternoon David,

    The Consumption reorder areas function uses the The maximum quantity to calculate the quantity to replinish. The system will attempt to reach the maximum quantity.

    Replenishment example:


    Replen. threshold: 30 STK (stocking unit)
    Maximum Qty : 120 STK
    Replen. PAC: box of 10.
    Economic Qty: 5 Boxes.


    For a location stock of 20 STK, the system will create a requirement for 2*5 boxes = 100 STK. The location stock will be 120 STK (<Maximum quantity).
    For a location stock of 25 STK, the system will create a requirement for 1*5 boxes = 50 STK. The location stock will be 75 STK (<Maximum quantity).

    Thanks for this Tracy, but I'm not sure that it solves my issue. The replenishment calculation is stating that I need 320, but I only have 250 in bulk to replenish from. The system does not automatically suggest the 250, I have to go into the stock issues screen and issue it.

    Also, I I only see my product on the location replenishment screen, not the consumption screen, is this what you meant?
