[x3v12p35] Delivery incompatible with selections already made. The EU identification no. or the incoterm code are not the same.

On Sales > Customer returns (GESSRH)

When doing a delivery selection, I get the following error.

I am not in EU.

EINV option is turned off (no license for it).

When I do random check in the Delivery numbers in Deliveries function, the Incoterm field is always empty.

What should I do here?

    This error will generate in some instances where ones is trying to combine multiple shipments into a single return where the Incoterms are different

    Confirm that the delivery mode used on both invoices is the same or is at least using the same incoterm setting (blank or otherwise)

    Confirm that you can return two invoices on one return that uses the same incoterm setting or both are blank.

    Check Common Data, Logistics, Delivery modes to see if any have an incoterm assigned.
