Add Ledger Generate entries

Hi,

I need to use function UTIGNRLED to generate entries for a new accounting ledger.

It seems to work but then the new ledger is added only for a few entries and not for all the entries.

I cannot find the reason as I have some entries which are specular (same entry type, same category, same journal, same status, same accounts,...) but the system adds the ledger for one and not for the other.

Any suggestions pls?

    I found a known issue fixed on Patch 35 (internal document#  X3-293995) with the following workaround. Access the journal entry and tab through the row fields with the quantity. Then re-save.

    If you are on P35 and the issue is still occurring, it must be a different issue. Also, if the workaround is unclear or does not resolve, then please call into support and we can review.
