Stock Status for materials that have reached retest and expiration date

Question

How can we configure the system Sage X3 to automatically assign a Q (Quarantine) status to materials when they reach their retest date and an R (Rejected) status when they reach their expiry date?

Good Morning, the statuses will need to be set on the product record, for recontrol and Expiration dates. 
 You will then need to set up Recontrol Status change ( Retest) and the Obsolete Status Change (expired) functions as recurring task. These functions will automatically move those products into the correct status, when the appropriate dates are met.

Some notes on this function from the Function help: 
 
 This is for lot tracked product 
 Ensure 'Simulation' is not selected or no updates occur 
 If the value in 'Reference date' is blank, the current date is used 
 If this is configured for batch processing via task management, the result will be the same is when the process is ran manually. 
 
 If you are not seeing the expected result in the simulation log, the actual process will also do nothing. You may want to contact your local support team for troubleshooting.
