WIP Variance detailed report

Hi, I would like assistance in getting a WIP detailed variance report, I have seen that 1 need to go to WIPCOST Table Variance, I am inexperience with Sage can someone guide me step by step into building this report on WIPCOST tables and also advice where do I go to Sage to obtain the Table.

There is a WIP valuation report in Sage X3 that will show you the variances BUT only after the work order has been finalized (how would it know for sure before that?)
