Your formula in the Calculated Column needs to be:

Datediff(d, SORDER.ORDDAT_0, SDELIVERY.SHIDAT_0)

That will give you the number of days between the Sales Order Date and Sales Shipment Date:

hi, am on v 2023 release 13 and the formula validates ok on calculation window but gives error when you apply the field to the view #BI-ERR-UNDEFINED. Please assist.

For the view , calculated column should be done using JavaScript command  , add it as calculated column in the data model , after that , it should be used in your view without issue (as "standard"  dimensional data)
