When I access SEI Server:

We have encountered a server side error. Please contact your Administrator.

Unable to load the Login Options

Check the SEI's Database SQL Server Instance. 
 Is it in Running state? 
 Firewall rule between the database server and SEI server is ok? 
 Alternatively, try to login to Central Point and test the SQL connection. It should fail.
