You can uninstall and re-install the Configurator to set the password. Follow the uninstall and install guides:

The settings that this tool is used to change are held in the Central Point so removing it will not affect the settings themselves.

The Central Point component once installed should not be uninstalled and will therefore show the first version of SEI installed on that server (all other components are uninstalled and reinstalled during upgrades).

I have managed to get back access as per instructions: After uninstall specifically the SEI Web Central Point Configurator (see: Microsoft IIS Server) and collecting the correct SEI zip pack, reinstall SEI Web Central Point Configurator in the SEI Server using own password.

The central point share folder's data are all intact.
