Error logging to SEI "Login failed for user 'sa'."

Hi Team 

I am trying to connect to SEI but i get an error "Login failed for user 'sa'." has anyone come across this and how did you fix it.

    It seems something changed on the SQL server instance. You can access the central point configurator and update the password.  Or in the manage environment and data sources, open the configuration and update the password there. 

    This may occur if you moved the central point to a new server and the application cannot access the central point folder.
