the error is referring to the following:  "The error message 'Index was outside the bounds of the array' typically indicates that a program or software is trying to access an element or value from an array using an index that is invalid or out of range. This can occur when the software encounters unexpected data or a programming error."

I am not familiar with Sage 300, as you have posted your question in the X3 forum, but you may want to review what index you are using and make sure you do not exceed the array value for that index.

you can also review the SEI logs and SQL Server Logs to further try and identify the cause.
