After careful consideration and analysis, we have made the decision to retire all editions of Sage Business Cloud Accounting (SBCA) (US), effective December 31, 2024.
What This Means for You:
1. Retirement Date: The retirement date for all versions of SBCA (US) will be December 31, 2024. All software updates and compliance-related changes for SBCA (US) will cease as of this date. This includes all editions currently available in our product lineup. December 2024 will be the final billing month, prorated if applicable.
2. Service Continuity: Until the retirement date, you may continue to use SBCA (US) as you have been. SBCA (US) support will remain available for you to finalize transactions through January 31, 2025. We strongly recommend planning for a transition to an alternative solution well before the retirement date of December 31, 2024.
3. Discontinued Support: After January 31, 2025, we will no longer provide technical support for any SBCA (US) product. All access to SBCA (US) editions will cease.
4. Data Export: If you need to export your data from SBCA (US), please refer to Sage Knowledgebase article “Exporting Data Overview”. We have provided a list of exportable items with step-by-step instructions.
Note: If you have cancelled your subscription with SBCA (US) prior to this notice, no further action is necessary.
