Question

Hello! I couldn't set my six-digit code and the 16-digit one tells me that it is incorrect because I already used it. I have the account blocked. How can I unlock it? Thank you!

 Thank you for reaching out about the issue with your blocked account. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with the activation codes. 
 To resolve this, you will need to contact our Accounting NA Support team via chat . They can assist you in determining why your 16-digit code is showing as already used and help with setting up your six-digit code. Please have your activation codes handy when you contact them, as they will need these to troubleshoot the problem effectively. 
 Additionally, if you're trying to activate a Sage Business Cloud Accounting Trial Account and have encountered issues, make sure you're using the correct activation page . If you've signed up through the main website and are now having difficulties, our support team can guide you on how to register properly or use your existing email for a new account.
