If they have and you're still not seeing the reconcile option, it's important to note that Cash in Hand accounts cannot be reconciled through the system. Assuming your account is not Cash in Hand, here's a brief rundown of how to access the reconcile option: 
 
 Navigate to Banking. 
 Select the bank account you wish to reconcile. 
 Look for and select the Reconcile option. 
 
 If the option isn't available, it could be due to a variety of reasons, such as the type of account or a technical issue within the software.
