Question

I'm trying to update my credit card information but it's giving me a "NO_ACCESS: Unable to find a user" error messgae. 
 Is there a number I can call and talk to a live person regarding my account?

Hi Macel Campos , I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you're experiencing with updating your credit card information. The error you're encountering might be due to an account recognition issue. Although we can't address this directly over the phone, here's what you can do:

Attempt to Log In Again : Sometimes, account access issues can resolve themselves after a short period. If possible, try to log in again after 15 minutes.

Email Support for Account Assistance : Since your account seems to be having specific access issues, please reach out directly to the support team at CBCSupportNA@sage.com . They can assist in unlocking your account or addressing the error message you're seeing.

Once you have regained access to your account, here are the steps to update your credit card information: 
 
 Log in to Your Sage Accounting Account . 
 Navigate to the Drop-Down Menu next to your company name and select Manage Business Account . 
 Go to Manage my Subscription . 
 Click on Manage Payment Methods , and choose to Replace (not update) your credit card information. 
 Re-enter Your Bank Card Information and click Save . This action should trigger the billing system to resume processing payments on your account.
