We have identified that customers in South Africa are currently unable to access most product functionalities, with many options appearing greyed out.

As a precaution, we have enabled maintenance mode while our team investigates the issue.

We are actively looking into the cause of the disruption. A further update will be provided within the next 30 minutes.

13:00pm: Our developers are actively investigating the cause of the current delay. In the meantime, please refrain from making any changes in the product. We will share updates as soon as there is progress

13:30pm: Our developers are continuing to investigate the root cause of the product delay. Please be assured that we are actively addressing the current state of the product

14:00pm: Our developers have identified the issue and are currently implementing a fix.

14:30pm: We're fixing this and expect to resolve it within an hour.

15:00pm: We have restored access to most companies. A few customers, such as invited users or those with access removed, will see their access revert to the state on December 10. If issues persist, contact Customer Services.
