What Your TNPS Rating Really Means: Your Feedback Unpacked

Hey , Community

let's talk about what your rating actually means.

When you see a TNPS survey, you'll be asked:

"Based on your recent experience, how likely are you to recommend Sage to a friend or colleague?"

You'll choose a number from 0 to 10. Here's what each range tells us:

9-10: Promoters

You had a great experience! You're happy with Sage and would recommend us to others. This tells us we're on the right track – and motivates us to keep delivering.

 7-8: Passives

Your experience was okay, but not exceptional. You're satisfied, but we haven't wowed you yet. This feedback helps us identify where we can go from good to great.

 0-6: Detractors

Something didn't meet your expectations. This feedback is incredibly valuable – it flags issues we need to address and helps us prioritise fixes that matter most.

A low score isn't a complaint – it's a gift. It tells us exactly where we need to focus

So next time you see that survey, take 30 seconds to share your honest experience.

Every rating counts.
