good day i have been having challenges with this voucher management issue and this is how l resolved it:

i changed my Intel Processor machine and used AMD (ryzen processor machine) and it worked perfectly.

Hi Alex and everyone interesting in this topic

I resolved your Voucher Management error on my PC as I was also able to recreate it.

Please consider the following advice:

1. Within the installed C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Evolution\VM folder, I noted that the following 5 files are missing:

• JournalTrans.xml
• JournalTransList.xml
• RecPay1.xml
• RoleAuthorisation.xml
• VoucherType.xml

There should be 28 objects (1 sub-folder called Reports, and 27 files in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Sage Evolution\VM for the VM module to work properly.

On my PC there were only 23 objects, with the 5 files mentioned above missing. 

2. I then copied the above files from one of my colleague's PC's VM folder into my own VM folder (with Evolution closed on my PC while doing it).

3. Opened Evolution and the company.

4. I was then able to work in Voucher Management without any errors or issues!!!

We are also experiencing the same problem with Voucher Management in our environment. I will be glad if you could send me the 5 missing files as well.
