This error was resolved in Sage 200 Evolution version 11.1.4.0
If you're not on this version/build, please upgrade.

Hi Gbeluham
If you haven't yet done so, please do the following:
1. Uninstall Sage Evolution on the workstation where working with Voucher Management.
Start with all the add-on modules and finally, the primary Evolution install (all of this is done in Control Panel | Programs)
2. Open Windows Explorer (File Explorer)
3. Go to C:\Program Files (x86)
4. If the Sage Evolution folder is still available, delete it.
5. Restart the PC.
6. Reinstall Evolution and all relevant modules.
7. Test if your query is now resolved or not and provide an update.

1. On the local PC, open the Control Panel | Programs
2. Take a screenshot that also includes the Voucher Management install
3. Paste it in this chat.
