Sage Intelligence Error: Licensing of Report Viewer and Report Manager

Question

I'm running Sage 200 Evolution Version 11.1.7.0 
 When running Sage Intelligence report either through report viewer or report manager, I'm getting the error as per the screen shots below

The license is 8 Users and SIC Standard is registered. 
 Users created previously are able to run the reports but any new user created they are unable to run the reports. 
 What could be the cause?

 Do the following to resolve the above errors: 
 1. Obtain and apply a new 3-day temporary Sage Evolution Registration code that includes the SIC Advanced module as well. 
 Sage will not charge anything to issue it to you. 
 2. Then apply he steps in the article link below.
