[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Timeout Expired

Can anyone kindly assist with this error Pastel Evolution Version 11.1.16. This error occured after a restart of the server with ver 6.81.48 This is happening on a client machine in a client server environment, when a BIC report is being procced the error  [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver] Timeout Expired pops up
