HOW DO I TREAT AN INVOICE THAT THE PRODUCT PRICE IS VAT INCLUSIVE, DO I NEED TO CHECK THE VAT BOX ICON WHEN POSTING?
Do the following:
1. On the Invoice transactions screen, go to the View | Options
2. Decide which options to select between these options marked below.
3. If the Customer selected on the top of the Invoice is set to be Taxable, then the Transaction Line Tax column will automatically be available.
4. Just ensure the VAT Incl or VAT Excl. and other values are correctly captured and then process the invoice
Evolution will ensure the correct VAT amount is calculated and posted
