Telephone Support: How to connect with your product support team

  • The technical product support and product registrations team for assistance with the software.
  • The accounts team for all queries related to billing, and payments (This applies to payment allocations, statements, and invoices)
  • The renewals team
  • To buy new software, stationery, and book training.

When you call us, you will be required to enter your Site Code or Customer number which allow us to identify the product you use and to connect with the product support teams.

How do I enter my site code when calling Sage?

We know that some of our payroll customers find it hard to enter their site code when you call us on our landline number 086 123 SAGE (086 123 7243).

We want to make it easier for you by providing this image with alphanumeric keys. Use this next time you contact us.

Here are a few examples – if your site code starts with:

A / B / C replace with 2 i.e. A123 = 2123

P / Q / R / S replace with 7 i.e. P456 = 7456

T / U / V replace with 8 i.e. U789 = 8789

Etc..

By entering your customer number, the system will automatically identify what product you are using and route you to the relevant support team.

On the landing page you have License Information with your Site Code.
