The Guinea Generic Tax File was updated with changes to the Apprenticeship Tax calculation effective 01 April 2026.
Apply Guinea Changes
Import the updated Guinea generic tax file to ensure that your system is updated with the latest Apprenticeship Tax calculation.
Note: Before importing the updated GIN-GenericTax.xml file please ensure that the Sage 300 People application is updated to at least version 26.1.3.3.
The file must be imported in any pay period before doing any payroll processing, printing payslips or reports or making any payments.
Do a general recalculation for all Guinea company rules after importing the updated generic tax file.
