Unable to determine user role types. Please contact your administrator

Good day,

We updated last night (25.3.3.0). After updating we receive the error: "Unable to determine user role types. Please contact your administrator" when trying to log in on ESS.  

This is on active directory. On Local i can log in. All our users use AD, so we cannot switch everyone to local.
