I need your help with the below which of the below options are in line with the changes which happened in January 2024? i have an attachment for screen shot for more details.CDI TEST RATES JUNE (1).xlsx
IS-Tax is being calculated at the rate of1.2% of 100% of taxable employment income(gross salary) if you use 1.5% it’s of 80% of the taxable employment(gross salary)
- Vocational Training Tax (FPC) is being calculated at the rate of1.2% of 100% of taxable employment income(gross salary) if you use 1.5% it’s of 80% of the taxable employment
- Apprenticeship Tax (TA) is being calculated at the rate of0.4% of 100% of taxable employment income(gross salary) if you use 0.5% it’s of 80% of the taxable employment
The attached documents explains what i have in the system. unfortunitely it is not calculating as below
Employer Contribution (CE): The contribution rate changed to 9.2% (previously 11.5%) of the gross salary/wage for expatriate employees only.
- National Contribution (CN): The contribution rate changed to 1.2% (previously 1.5%) of the gross salary/wage.
- Apprenticeship Tax (TA): The contribution rate changed to 0.4% (previously 0.5%) of the gross salary/wage.
- Vocational/Continual Training Tax (FPC): The contribution rate changed to 1.2% (previously 1.5%) of the gross salary/wage.
Everything seems to be in place but still as per the sheet not the same. its for ivory coast statutory some one to ASSIST with the correct setup.
