We have followed the instructions but still the error still comes.

Please take note that the client was using the 2021 version quite OK on the same network environment. Its only after upgrading to 2024 version the client is unable to access the web version using public IP address.

Any other suggestions

Hello Luke. I am getting this error in 2024. Webscreen on  localhost  is working fine but on https I am getting error "unable to connect to remote server error"
