Hi 

One of the reason for this error could be due to missing server roles of IIS Management Tools.

Below is the screenshot mentioned with all the required configuration related to the IIS in-order to resolve the above-mentioned error:

Go under ‘Turn Windows features on or off’ screen and enabled the following feature
Internet Information Services (IIS), Web Management Tools (Make sure to enable everything under the Web Management Tools).

In this way we can resolve above error.

A couple of suggestions:

• Clear your browser cache 
• Stop IIS
• In your ..Online\Web folder is a Logs folder with a trace.log file. Delete this file
• Re-start IIS and try to login .
• If the error returns, look in the Logs.trace.log file for a better understanding of the error.

Have also reinstalled/repaired Sage 2024, and PU04.

Can you please try to do a complete uninstall and reinstall of Sage 300 and Web Screens.

The "Sage 300 the remote server returned an error: (404) Not Found" error typically indicates that the web browser or client cannot locate the requested Sage 300 resource, page, or API endpoint. This is frequently caused by misconfigured web server settings, incorrect URLs, or stopped services. 

If using web screens, ensure that Sage 300 is not installed on a UNC path or mapped drive. It should be installed on a local drive to ensure the Sage.CNA.WindowsService installs correctly.

I have checked on web server settings, URLs and services, all are correct.

Installation has been done on E Drive.

• Restart Sage 300 Services: The 404 error often occurs because the necessary services are not running. Sage.CNA.WindowsService
• IIS Application Pool: Ensure the Sage300ERPAppPool is started in Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.
• Firewall/Ports: Ensure that ports (specifically port 5000 for some integrations) are open on both the server and workstation.
