Hello,

We are experiencing an issue logging into Sage 300 2026 Web Screens when accessing the system via the public IP address. The login page loads successfully, but upon attempting to sign in, we receive the error: “Unable to connect to remote server.”

Access through the local network (internal IP/localhost) works without any issues.

Has anyone encountered this before, or could advise on what might be causing this problem?
