Build 19.4.5 is the latest build in Sage 50cloud Pastel Accounting.

View the history of changes.

Please ensure before you install that:

• Your system meets the minimum system requirements
• You have installed all Windows updates
• The User Account Control setting is switch off
• Ensure System Date and Time is correct
• Region and Language is set correctly
• Ensure Microsoft .Net Framework is fully enabled

Tips and tricks to solve error code 20

1. Firstly ensure the version of Pervasive installed is the same as the version you are licensed to use. Checking my pervasive version video. 
2. Ensure that the User Account Control is turned off in order for the licenses to apply correctly. View turning off the UAC video.
3. Ensure that the Pervasive engine is running. View the Pervasive engine video.
4. When using Pervasive client/server you will need to ensure client 32 is installed on the workstations and that the Pastel icon start in is correctly setup. View the Pervaisive client/server set up video.

Windows Updates and Compatibility

For Sage 50cloud Pastel software to run optimally it's important that your Windows updates are run and installed timeously.

If you have updates pending especially if they have anything to do with .net framework, this can cause error within your software.

Ensure the following settings are correctly set up:

• Ensure Sytem Date and Time is correct
• Region and Language is set correctly
• Ensure .net framework is fully enabled
