We're aware that some of you are seeing an error when trying to email directly from Sage 50cloud Pastel and Sage Pastel Payroll — and we know how disruptive that can be when you need to get documents out fast.

What's happening? Customers in South Africa, the UK, and Ireland are currently experiencing a partial email outage across select Sage products. Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix

Quick workaround — Export your documents (invoices, payslips, etc.) as PDFs and send them via Outlook or Gmail until the issue is resolved.
