Pastel Password lost

I have old data (2017) from a client, still in Version 14 format, that we need to access now for SARS queries.

We normally set-up a "firm user" with a Standard password. For some or other reason this was not done in this case, and there is no e-mail bail out. I think that only came in Version 17 or 18 and later. There is also no Password tip or security question, so I am stuck.

They have since gone on SageOne cloud, and any staff that still dealt with the old Pastel are long gone!. 

What to do?

How do I recover in this case?
