How to customize reports to remove or change the value pointing the label Prepared by

Hello, 
 
 Kindly assist how can I customize the report by changing the Prepared By field to the user who logged in or disable the field not to show up. Cause the Company folder is not the same as the registered server.

 Thank you for the feedback, regrettably this is where the prepared by name pulls. I have however logged a suggestion on your behalf to request the option to change this per company or user. 
 Please note that suggestions logged are prioritised based on the number of requests that have been received and on the merits of the request itself. All suggestions logged are then reconsidered when determining functionality to be added to the application. Therefore, not all suggestions that are logged on the database will be added to the program. Please note that if this change is to be implemented into the system it will take some time therefore, we cannot give you a period of when this will be done.
