Pastel Company not opening - claims version is not appropriate

Question

Good morning 
 I am attempting to open a copy of my company on a different laptop, using the same installation of pastel as per the original laptop with the original copy. 
 However, I keep receiving this error message: 
 
 How would I correct this in order to open the company - the exact same software is installed. 
 The company file name is only 7 digits.

Good day Gakeem, 
 Looking at the screenshot, the company you are trying to open still has the backup date stamp. 
 Remove that company from Pastel under File | Open | Manage and close Pastel. Go to where the company is saved, and rename the company folder to remove the date stamp. You also need to make sure that the company is saved in C:\Pastel19 (if you are accessing it locally from your machine). 
 Go back into Pastel and add the company back under file | Open | Manage. Once added, see if it now opens.
