It sounds like a paper setting on your printer, as there are no page size settings on the Report Writer reports in Pastel.

I suggest that you check the page sizes on your installed printers, or the printer that you print your Report Writer reports to.

Go to View \ General ledger \ Report Writer, select Edit an Existing Report, select the report that give you the error and check the column widths you have entered. None should have a negative value.

I suggest that you check this on all your reports.

If they all have positive values, it could be that the report file/s are corrupt. Try replacing the  report file/s with ones from a previous backup.(do this in a  copy company before implementing in the live company)

if the report that you have the preoblem on is number 01 in Report Writer, you should have the file ACCREP01.DAT in the company folder and so on.

Also search for and delete the file REPLCK.DAT that is located under your company folder.

If you have customised reports, please don't replace the ACCREPW.dat file as it stores all the reports including customised reports.
