Did you install the update on the workstation only, in which case you will need to update the server computer as well?

Good day, it was installed on only a few as we run a company with 50 licenses. Only one PC had this issue

Chantel R I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the update, as it may not have installed correctly on that one pc.
