Pastel 19 19.4.4 Customer Enhanced Search

On all my Pastel 19 companies that have been setup to use Customer Enhanced Search, as soon as I want to do a "Search", I get "Error Code 380, Invalid Property Value."

    Error code 380 in customer search typically occurs due to missing descriptions or accounts on one or more customer accounts. To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:

    1. Navigate to the "Edit Customer Account" section (do not open the search or zoom screen).

    2. Press and hold the "Page Down" key. This will take you to the customer account with a blank description, where you can enter the necessary description.

    3. Continue pressing "Page Down" until you have reviewed all customer accounts.

    This process will help you identify and resolve any missing descriptions.
