Hi everyone, please help.

My laptop crashed so I had to get a new device, and I am having trouble downloading Pastel Xpress onto the new device. It downloads, but when it starts to run and the installshield wizard is supposed to start, then nothing happens and it just hangs... it doesn't allowe me to go "next".

I am on Windows 11.
