Question

Hello, 
 I have two payments for electricity and water a month, but the December payments were only released in January. Is there a way that I can still reflect the expense in December even though my payment was made in January?

Hi Leanne,

You can process the payment in December using Pastel. However, please note that your bank reconciliation will not balance for December and January. This is because the payment will appear in the January bank statement, leading to discrepancies in both months' reconciliations.
