Error when exporting Sage Intelligence reports

When I try to export any Sage Intelligence report in Sage Pastel, I get the following error message:

How do I resolve this?

I am using MS Office 32-bit. The only way that I managed to resolve the issue was to reset Windows and to restore my data.
