Reports grayed out

Question

I have sage pastel partner. am trying to run reports with the intelligence reporting but when i click on run reports, all options are grayed out. this is the same when i select Lauch, the report manager is also greyed out 
 
 What should i do

Hi Bravo, 
 It could be that you don't have the Sage Intelligence Reporting module. Go to Help | About and check if Sage Intelligence Reporting shows under Modules. If it doesn't, it means you don't have the module. If it does, download and install it from the link below. Download Manager 
 Navigate to the Modules and Additional Downloads tab.
