Error - Customer Age Analysis Report

Good day.

I am currently receiving an error when trying to run the standard report, Customer Age Analysis - Monthly Prt (C68-0-1). The error is as follows:

"[Pervasive][ODBC Client Interface][LNA][Pervasive][ODBC Engine Interface]S1T00Timeout expired."

I understand that this is a timeout on the database side but I am unable to change the timeout setting.

Can someone perhaps walk me through it or point me in the right direction.
