We've made managing your profile/account/registration easier with the My Account option.
The 'My Profile' page has been updated to a page called 'My Account'.
Once logged into a company, go to Administration > My Account to access this page, and you will have the menu options: Subscription Summary | Login and Contact Details | Application Preferences, to select from.
A new page has been created accessible from the 'Manage Subscription and Payments' menu on the My Account page to company owners only.
You can manage your subscription by upgrading or downgrading your licenses and storage. You will also see a new Payment block that displays the payment plan you are on (Monthly or Yearly), whether a recurring payment is set up on the account or not, and the last and next payment dates and amounts.
The Pay Now and Manage Recurring Payments links are also located on this page.
- Click Administration > My Account
- The first page will show you your subscription summary
- Click Manage Subscriptions and Payments
- Here you can see your payment plan, e.g., Monthly and all your other details.
- You can also Upgrade and downgrade here, as well as setup recurring payments and view your allocated licences.
