Good day Sage Community

i will appreciate any assistance with the problem i have with Sage when creating new Tax Invoice normally it will show on top of the Transaction list i have to go and type in the customer name instead of the Invoice number that i do not have at the time.

i tried everything at the filters nothing is happening .

i would appreciate assistance please,chatbox not very helpful at all.
