We have Sage Quantum 2013 and 2016 installed on our server since 2015 and has been running effectively. We recently had an issue with the hardware server that prompted us to reinstall the O.S and re-installations of the Sage 2013 and 2016 and will also have the same issues with our 2016 versions Sage Quantum. But currently we are unable to Activate the Software after re-installations of the server and revert with this Error as attached on the screenshot below during the activation's process. I currently need your assistance to resolve these issues. Has anyone able to resolve this issues, I have tried to chat with Sage support but was unable to assist because I am not from his covered countries.
