Email PDF Payslips (Not Zip)

Question

Hello. 
 Emailing Payslips the option for "Use Pdf" is greyed out. The majority of our employees are not able to open .zip files. How do we enable sending of PDF payslips?

 Thank you for using the Sage Community Hub. 
 Please verify this discussion if you find helpful. 
 The use pdf option is grayed so emailing payslips on pdf is not allowed they must manually send the payslips to themselves and then individually email the payslips on pdf one by one which can be a lot of admin so the reason why its because payroll wont open that feature cause they say according to law emailing payslips contains sensitive information and which it must always be password protected, 
 To open their zipp folder their passwords are in the employee Masterfile(Masterfile then personal tab then contact details the payroll admin will see their password)
