RESOLVED | Technical issue: Unable to access login screen for Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional

The issue impacting on the Sage websites including the login pages was resolved earlier today and have been monitored to ensure that the pages perform as expected and there is no recurrence of the issue.

We are aware the all the websites for sage.com is currently offline and returning the message "The service is unavailable."

This will impact on you if you access Sage Business Cloud Payroll Professional using the link:

 

Work-around:

  • You can login to your system using the following link: https://sagepayrollprofessional.com/Account/SignInCloudId.
  • When you access this link, it will request your Sage ID credentials and then log in directly to you subscription screen.
  • We recommend that you save this link as a favourite in your browser for easy access

 

Our technicians are currently working on it and will give more information as we progress to resolve the issue experienced.
