For the first time in history, the 2025/2026 National Budget Speech has been postponed. Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana was set to table the budget Wednesday, 19 February 2025.

The new scheduled date is 12 March 2025.

•  How will this impact my payroll?

The upcoming software update, Release 6.4a, will only be available later in March 2025, after the details of the 2025/2026 Budget Speech are released. At this stage, we are unable to confirm the impact on employee tax tables or any potential changes.
